Mr. Antonio Trias brings 15 years of experience in design and development of operational computer vision systems for human / object recognition, visual tracking, biometrics and Machine Learning. Mr. Trias holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain. Mr. Trias is the founder of EQ-KIDS LLC and Principal Research Scientist at DZYNE a company that specializes in next generation capabilities in Computer Vision and Machine Learning technology with application for Unmanned Airborne Systems. Mr. Trias is the Lead Research Scientist in a number of key technologies for Full-Motion Video exploitation; Multi-View 3D Reconstruction and Automatic Target Recognition using advanced algorithms in Deep Learning. His expertise in Machine Learning and the application of Deep Learning technology is instrumental in the development of algorithms for more general anomaly detection applications, such as: insider threats and cyber attacks on the DARPA NetDefense program. He was also the Lead Scientist for the DARPA Multi-faceted ATR Deep Learning (MAD Learning) program for SAR target recognition, and the Lead Scientist for the DARPA Seeker Cost Transformation (SECTR) Program for hard real-time EO/IR target recognition.
